Do you find a solution? I have the same ceiling light
I’m also interested. I have similar light - same brand, the remote has different numbers, but it has the same frame factor… I took a pick of the led controller before installing the light. At this point, I don’t mind if I need a separate hub, I kinda want to make my lights accessible by something that I can control using HA or Google. Oh yeah, if it was zigbee or any other big protocol, I imagine they would advertise it, so it’s probably either ble or more likely, proprietary protocol :S
Which is the code written on the microcontroller remote?
Mine is like this:
EDIT: Oh yeah, I found the instructions, and it seems like pairing is done on the remote side, it apparently can be paired with other similar lights, by holding the “on/off” button within 3 seconds from putting the batteries in.
I have an almost identical remote. Have any of you managed to progress here?
I’m a new user so I can add only one photo, but I can provide more if needed.
The back of the board this time:
More feedback from my side:
- I own two lamps from the same manufacturer (it’s Italux in my case), and I was able to pair the same remote to each of the lamps (so I can controll them simultaneously).
- the instructions are correct: I can not pair two remotes to the same lamp simultaneously, the other remote stops working once I pair another remote.
- I read somewhere on the internet where were an image of a very similar remote that the protocol is supposedly called “2.4g BASIC”. I can’t find the source now nor confirm it’s reliability though.
