Have you looked at the tapo cameras Security Wi-Fi Camera | Tapo) and the tapo camera custom component ( [Custom Component] Tapo: Cameras Control - Share your Projects! / Custom Components - Home Assistant Community (home-assistant.io))?
They definitely support all the above functions in the native app. the only thing not currently in the tapo integration for HA is 2 way audio. appreciate that doesn’t quite address all requirements but hope its helpful.
