My media player and vacuum cards are working fine

Great release! I got one problem with the Foscam integration: itā€™s not working anymore.

Any ideas. someone?

Yes I have, in both Safari and Edge. Same issue. Both cards lack at least some controls. For example when used with a TV entity, it now lacks the power button and it cannot be reinstated in any way. Vacuum Card lacks the controls buttons row.

Iā€™m talking about Mini Media Player Card, not the default Media Card.

I still have the tuya thermostat issueā€¦

Iā€™m using SmartLife app, not sure if this is relevantā€¦

I understood @frenck is the one dev who worked on tuya fixes the most. Iā€™m sorry to bother you man, Iā€™m just wondering if itā€™s me having some weird config or making any mistake or some bugs are still thereā€¦

Enable beta releases in HACS for the mini-media player card.

The beta release fixes the missing icons. Itā€™s stable.

Thanks so much for such a robust release. Also, your commitment to address the Tuya integration so quickly is very appreciated. I had lost all my dimmers so thrilled to see them return now!

Does the updated Tuya V2 provide power consumption support?

I got a similar one from PostgreSQL:

    Error executing query: (psycopg2.errors.UndefinedColumn) column statistics_meta.name does not exist LINE 1: ...atistics_meta.has_sum AS statistics_meta_has_sum, statistics... ^ [SQL: SELECT statistics_meta.id AS statistics_meta_id, statistics_meta.statistic_id AS statistics_meta_statistic_id, statistics_meta.source AS statistics_meta_source, statistics_meta.unit_of_measurement AS statistics_meta_unit_of_measurement, statistics_meta.has_mean AS statistics_meta_has_mean, statistics_meta.has_sum AS statistics_meta_has_sum, statistics_meta.name AS statistics_meta_name FROM statistics_meta WHERE statistics_meta.has_sum = true] (Background on this error at: https://sqlalche.me/e/14/f405)
Error executing query: (psycopg2.errors.InFailedSqlTransaction) current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block [SQL: SELECT statistics_meta.id AS statistics_meta_id, statistics_meta.statistic_id AS statistics_meta_statistic_id, statistics_meta.source AS statistics_meta_source, statistics_meta.unit_of_measurement AS statistics_meta_unit_of_measurement, statistics_meta.has_mean AS statistics_meta_has_mean, statistics_meta.has_sum AS statistics_meta_has_sum, statistics_meta.name AS statistics_meta_name FROM statistics_meta WHERE statistics_meta.has_sum = true] (Background on this error at: https://sqlalche.me/e/14/2j85)

I even tried manually creating the column, but then it failed when it tried to apply the migration. My database is at schema version 20, verified by both the schema_changes table and looking at what is in migrations 20 and 22 and confirming 20 is applied and 22 is not (21 was mysql only).

It seems so! I see new sensors for current and voltage where there werenā€™t any on my plug.

The battery sensors on my Zigbee door sensors (some SmartThings and some Visonic) are all reporting ā€œunavailableā€ with this release. My water sensors still report their battery. I tried to reconfigure and then re-add one of the sensors with no luck. I restored 2021.10.7 and the battery sensors are back.

Iā€™m using a Pi 4 with a HUSBZB-1.

Update went well, except for breaking my Xiaomi Vacuum.

Unsupported device found! Please create an issue at https://github.com/syssi/xiaomi_airpurifier/issues and provide the following data: roborock.vacuum

Last month was a Tuya disaster, was hoping this monthā€™s release would solve those problems.

Unfortunately, now my covers appear like this:
ā€œCurtain switch (unsupported)
by Tuyaā€

Any solution?

@Stooovie Excellent Will update from September and get back on how it goes.

What model?

There were S4, S5 and S5 Max users in the beta that had no issues.

Roborock.

Iā€™m trying to test this PR but Iā€™m useless using vi and canā€™t get the additional lines to save

EDIT: Can confirm this PR fixes the issue.

I feel for you. Vi really sucks hard when you arenā€™t used to it. Would be so much easier if they included nano in the container.

Ended up finding some of my old instructions to copy the files off the machine using WinSCP.

# Copy to your machine #
sudo docker cp homeassistant:usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/components/xiaomi_miio/const.py /home

# Copy back to HA #
sudo docker cp /home/const.py homeassistant:/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/components/xiaomi_miio/const.py

And yes, nano in the HA container would make life so much easier.

I printed out some Vi instructions a while back and itā€™s possible to edit the file directly but just not easy unless you are familiar with Vi. I know some people swear by it I just swear AT it.

Apologies if this has been discussed already, but is non cloud-dependant Tuya support still on the table for the built in integration? I seem to remember it being mentioned as a possibility for the new versionā€¦

I only have one Tuya device and it runs great via LocalTuya, though obtaining the key was a messy process and I believe itā€™s only gotten harder since I did it. Though in this matter, weā€™re really just at the mercy of Tuya, and if they donā€™t want to support local control, thereā€™s nothing we can really do besides buy other products (which is a shame considering the massive range Tuya do have)
