Add json_attributes config option to RESTful Binary Sensor

Basically just add the same json_attributes configuration option found in RESTful Sensor to RESTful Binary Sensor too.

I have opened a PRs for home-assistant core and the documentation to enable this feature.

Hi @lcnittl , any chance to re-visit your PR and see if this makes it through?
This seems to be a recurring doubt as seen in REST sensor with multiple attributes - #21 by tom_l
