I have a situation where if the ethernet cable is not connected to the Pi on startup then the Access Point fails to start.
In the log it says:
Starting Hass.io Access Point Addon
Warning: nmcli (1.50.1) and NetworkManager (1.44.2) versions don't match. Restarting NetworkManager is advised.
Add custom DNS: dhcp-option=6,1.1.1.1

I would like this access point to come up and my esphome nodes to connect and communicate with HA with no internet as well as be able to access HA directly over the wireless
