Should this not be an actual feature request. Surely including network storage is as complex or as simple as adding an additional drive to the local machine. It is not a Frigate thing, this is purely a HA thing.
Like having a mechanical drive or seperate SSD for the database and media storage would mean that it would be easier to scale the system. You could retain all config data on the primary drive.
I have seen posts about auito mapping USB drives as the media folder. If this could be done why could we not have a feature to set a local physical drive as the media storage.
