I dont know how but everything works.
The only part of you r tutorial that I dont like at all is the IAM.* permission granted. It is very dangerous and could bring to some potential and unwanted stuff for the final user.
If you have suggestions for edits, then sure, you can add more details.
In theory, after you setup the addon once, you could remove the iam:* permissions from IAM user. They should only be needed to create the initial resources, not to actually run. (I haven’t tried this)
