Aeotec door / window sensor 7 not showing any sensors?

Hi all.
I’ve been playing around with Aeotec multisensors for a while and found them really easy to setup and automate, but I’m having a lot of issues with door sensors.

I’ve been able to add them to the network, but no automation work, and there aren’t any sensor entities showing in home assistant?

any tips?

I’m having the same issue across all my Aeotec Door/Window 7 sensors.

I’ve had to reinterview my Ecolink door/window sensors to get the correct entity to show up.

I swear I tried that 100 times already, but on the 101st it did what was expected.

I’m about to throw out my Aeotec 7 door sensors. They randomly and intermittently don’t update when the doors open/close.
My Fibaros don’t do this.
I have an Aeotec 5 stick, and 50+ other devices which all work OK.
So don’t rely on them.
