Hello. I have spent hours trying to solve the same issue. I tried to add some Fibaro items (power plug, roller shutter), as well as some other z-wave devices - roller motors, power switch. With the same result as yours above - noting was added.
My solution was to remove nodes from z-wave network, which from some reason did not work when i set them to factory default. I have used HA “remove node” for this, which was not so obvious, as they were connected to different network in the past (FIBARO HC2). Then magically I could add them to the my HA z-wave as secure nodes. Seems like Ha “remove node” clears memory somehow.
Now all works like a charm. Devices responds well.
