Hello, this integration is what I have been waiting for some time…
However I don’t have SmartPlus account for my R20A. Is there a way to make this work without an account? In my case, I don’t think the installer setup a SmartPlus account.
I have an E12 intercom that works with the Akuvox app. I have also installed the Home Assistant Akuvox plugin and logged in using the SMS method successfully.
However, when I try to view the video, it shows as the camera entity unavailable.
What could be the issue?
Hi is there any config needed for the update_door_evebts to show? Everything is working but there is no such events.
I updated to the [v0.2.0-beta3] version, and now everything works!
I’ve tried a few example codes that you provided, and they work great!
However, I have a question. In the app, I can talk with the intercom. Is it possible to do that with your add-on?

In mitmproxy I am able to find the token but not the auth_token.
Any advice?
I am from Spain using +34 code and the phone number (set up in the app) but I always get in the integration “Sign in failed. Please check the values entered and try again.” I guess because I could not get the auth_token.
When I log in I do not see a server_list url, in fact, I see nothing likely due to SSL pinning.
Any help would be appreciated!

When I install the app. Push the dialing button, my whole system crashes. It looks like it is resetting my modem

Hi,
I’m new to Home Assitant, but I successfully set up this integration, however, my camera feed from a R27-a shows as unavailable, or idle. I can’t get any images.
Any ideas?

i am using the onvif integration and all works well…
i use a http command to open the door
