Alexa is not able to link with Alexa Skill (Lambda Function) anymore

Can you show me screenshot of your settings in cloudflare?

Sorry for delay.

I find the settings in cloudflare but error still persist.

Are you from EU?

I’m in EU but created a US account and everything is us based in codes

I live in Europe, and linking the Alexa App to HA using https://layla.amazon.com/ fail with the following error message:

[homeassistant.components.http.ban] Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from 192.168.1.1 (192.168.1.1). Requested URL: '/auth/login_flow/..... bla...bla...bla

But if I use the use client_ID: https://pitangui.amazon.com/ then linking is successful with no more error messages. But sadly, it fails to discover any new devices! Why is it that the US link works and not the European Link? And how can I debug the fact that it doesn’t discover any new devices when there are no trace anywhere from it’s attempt to do so? No log entries, nothing. Is it possible to enable extra logging in HA to catch the connection steps to see where it fails?

Hi,
I cannot link my Alexa with Home Assistent.
Using Cloudflared (local tunnel).

I’ve tried to add Firewall Rules with AS16509 and AS14618, but without success.
Setting homeassistant logger to debug for http and alexa didn’t help, as I cannot see any relevant entries.

Cloudflare is configured as mentioned by @poudenes.

When I disable “proxied” (to dns only) for my subdomain in cloudflare, I’m unable to connect to home assistant at all.

Are there any logs that I’m missing?
Looks like there are no logs available outside of home assistant? (Alexa App, Skill or Cloudflare?)

Maybe someone has an idea what to try.

after u put everything behind Cloudflare. I needed to re connect the skills. Disable them and enable them again. That was only thing I needed to do afterward. Here it works great without any issue.

hi, thanks for feedback.
Cloudflare addon is running for some weeks, yesterday I’ve created the lambda function, alexa skill, etc… so there was no skill connection “before” cloudlfare.

in the alexa app, I can select the skill, start linking - and after entering my HA credentials + 2FA, it says “… could not be linked” ( konnte nicht mit Alexa verknüpft werden)

Unfortunately I do not find any more logs / information why it fails to connect.
As there is no log entry in home assistant, I think it must be somewhere “outside”

Alexa was working till yesterday but then it said I need to re-activate the skill in the app. I did that and after login and 2FA I get the same results as @Shai
I didn’t change any Cloudflare settings but thought the may have updated WAF, so I set the domain to Skip and disabled caching but it didn’t help.

Are there any update? Seems that nobody can solve this issue. I found many posts which descrive the issue but no One that solves I… I tried different method but no One worked. I’m frustrated.
