I’ve added the Alexa media player all the devices have been added and using developer tools I can send a notification to my phone with tts but am getting nothing from the Alexa device. Any idea what I’m doing wrong.

Possibly external_URL or generally access from the outside. Google Homes and other TTS cloudy things need that so this provably does as well.

you didn’t really give us much info on what you’ve tried.
“it doesn’t work” isn’t much to go on.
Ok, I have added the integration and all the devices are showing correctly so guessing that’s ok. I used developer tools to test everything’s working. First I tried sending a notification to my phone by selecting the notification entity for my phone adding a message and selecting Data type: tts which worked but when I do the same with any of my Alexa devices I get the green tick but nothing from the device. All of the entities are listed as unavailable in the integration but I’ve read that’s normal ?
No that’s not normal
all the media player entities should all at least show as ‘standby’
