All my MQTT Tasmota devices unavailable in HASS (tasmota webserver works) ..?

Trying to debug:
the tasmota webserver works fine
when I toggle the device in the webui it does send the correct mqtt message
my hassio mosquitto server log shows the tasmota connected …
