All ZHA devices missing after upgrade

Hi All,

Today updated my HA to latest 2022.8.7.
After this all my ZHA devices are missing.
Installation is on a Synology NAS with Docker and Conbee II.

Tried the following:
Restart the NAS
Remove and reconnect the Conbee II stick and restart of Synology
Downgrade to HA 2022.8.6 that worked fine before

Nothing working, any ideas what to try?

Hi All,

Ordered a Sonoff 3.0 stick now, tired of Conbee II missing devices so often and now this!

Before the stick arrives. Advices/Links for right firmware to use and from where to download and how to update?

Depending on which model see:

Regardless of the computer be sure to use a USB 2.0 port and not any USB 3.0 ports as those cause serious EMF/EMI/RMI interference to 2.4GHz low-power radios such as Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth. If your computer does not have a USB 2.0 port then buy and connect a powered USB 2.0 hub and that will in practice convert a USB 3.x port into a USB 2.0 port, then connect a very long USB extension cable to it and lastly the Zigbee USB adapter to it in turn.
