Hi, is there a way to use amazon Alexa speaker without paying HA cloud?

Yes, you’ll have to create a skill yourself (just follow the instructions). You’ll have to add a credit card, but they won’t charge you.

You might also want to take a look at HAASKA, though the “official” guide should be better

Thanks but I am more interesting in voice assistances to execute commands then use it as speaker
