This sounds amazing! I’m guessing this would work fine with Apple M2 silicon as well? Eager to try it out; running Parallels VM at the moment but I see the appeal in this.

I am definitely interested. I’m looking to move off of Homebridge and learn about Home Assistant, so easier installation on my M2 Mac Mini would be very welcome.
Should we assume this project has hit some difficulties or been abandoned? It’s such a great idea but it’s gone very quiet here and no response for several months…

That’s what I was looking for, too.
This machine makes lots of sense for that, given that it uses around 1.5W in idle but can easily power an entire LLM at the same time.
