Any "in home" map cards that work with coordinates?

WGS84 is a cartography standard not a positioning system. And has little to do with the accuracy of GNSS devices.

GNSS systems will not give you anywhere near that accuracy unless you have a differential GPS signal available e.g. RTK (not cheap).

With a circle of confusion that covers your neighbours. It could be anywhere inside that. Not just your garage.

Indoors your best bet would be something like the 3rd party integration Bermuda with a bunch of BLE proxies. That can get you to the room level, though it has trouble with multi story buildings.
