App in New Tab

I am new to HA and havent been able to find an answer to my question. Is there a way to have a new tab in the HA dashboad that is just another app on my android tablet?

What i am trying to accomplish is to us the app of my NVR to be able to view the live camera video. Right now i have a Hikvision NVR and a Hikvision doorbell camera. I have the video feed in my main dashboard but its delayed and it also refreshes itself all the time. So i wanted to be able to use the Hikvion app to be able to view the video when i needed to.

Using that significantly reduces delay in real time streaming using RTSP (which most Hikvision camera supports).
