Matter server 4.1.0 is running.
I am running 2023.9.3, Matter Server 4.1.0, and have the Matter Integration installed.
Homeassistant needs to have an ipv6 adress for matter to function.
Matter does not require Thread, it is optional. Matter simply requires IP networking, preferably IPv6.
