Have same issue, it did work after full reboot, but after upgrade to 2023.05.02 it´s back to only English.
Even after set the user profile to Swedish and reboot HA, still not possible to select Swedish.

I had the same issue, but after setting the voice/language for the Piper and Whisper add-ons, a full reboot and refreshing the Voice assistants page with Ctrl+F5 (as suggested by @haimn) it finally showed the language of my profile.

Yes, I’m now on 2023.5.3 and even a full OS restart does not temporarily fix it anymore (tested in the iOS app and Chrome browser on iOS).

Please add your “me too” to the GitHub issue so we can get the the developers aware of this.

This was driving me crazy. Glad (?) to know I am not the only one.

Hello there, Sorry to ear this doesn’t work for you.
It is definitely fixed on my side and I don’t have this problem anymore, even with the latest version of HA.

You should maybe open another discussion about this.
