Now that you have changed the testing procedure and confirmed this works in a condition

{{ trigger.to_state.attributes.stock_available == true }}

have you tried to confirm if this works in a trigger?

      from: false
      to: true
      attribute: stock_available

Yes I have didn’t work, after that I tried the conditions part and that worked.
But let me check it again to be sure
