Is there a way of auto closing the Home-Assistant menu after pressing one of the tabs for example “configuration” or by one of the “developer-tools” while using a browser on the PC or Laptop? This does happens when using Home-Assistant from a mobile.

Not sure what you mean, but you can make different views for devices/users with this custom card.
Think I know what you mean. You want the sidebar to auto-collapse when an option is clicked. This, unfortunately, isn’t possible atm and would have to be added to core. Might want to start a thread in feature requests.
