After update to 2023.11 -
Some off Automation is not available
how do I fix it ?

I had the same issue. Look at each automation that is unavailable and somewhere in it will be a device or entity that is unavailable or missing. I looked at my YAML code to see which entity had a nonsensical name, something like dbcbafcfdbedaagbddv. In each case when I replaced that with the proper entity (can do in visual editor) the automation returned to normal (functional).

Thanks, now I fixed it… but why is it missing? it worked before update.

I discovered the same and the issue in my case is for devices that are not currently active. My automation sequence has devices that are used occasionally (eg, Christmas lights). So, I disabled actions for those devices and was still able to use the automation before 2023.11. Would you know of a solution where I can still keep my actions disable for devices that are not used at the moment and still use the automation? Thank you.
