have Sonos Beam and two other speakers in surround mode?

According to the maintainer of the Sonos integration, that action doesn’t exist.

Any options to add/ remove sonos surround speakers and stereo pair them?

That capability does not exist in the integration (I’m the owner) Can you do what you want from the Sonos App?
