Bulb Energy Meter : Gas Consumption : Unexpected Device Class || Last Reset Missing

Good Morning All,

Long time lurker, first time poster!

I appear to have an issue with my Bulb energy meter not pushing the Gas usage through to my HA platform. At first I thought that this may be due to a Smart Things issue, but after investigation I get this error:

Unexpected device class
The following entities do not have the expected device class:
sensor.bulb_energy_meter_gas_meter

Last reset missing
The following entities have state class 'measurement' but 'last_reset' is missing:
sensor.bulb_energy_meter_gas_meter

Could somebody point me in the right direction, I’ve made a cursory search across the forums but found nothing that addresses this issue directly.

Edit: The electricity usage is coming through perfectly, the gas usage has never worked since adding the integration.

I’ve located the fix, in case anybody else comes across this issue:

I’m had the same issue and put the same fix in… it has cleared the first error message but I am still getting the second error message… any ideas?

use total_increasing not total increasing
