Can't add Nest Thermostat Gen 4 over Matter

I had Nest Thermostat 4th Gen connected to my Home Assistant over Matter and it was working. I had to remove it from my Home Assistant and now I cannot even start the connection process to get it reconnected.

I am able to see it and use it in Google Home, however, when I go to Device Information > Linked Matter apps & services it takes 30 seconds for it to load nothing and tells me "Something Went Wrong". I am then able to hit the "Link apps and Services" button but nothing happens. It doesn't allow me to choose an app to use or even start the connection process.

I have Factory Reset the thermostat and even attempted the connection process with the QR code and manual code you can access on the thermostat. But nothing works. I am wondering if anyone has run into this problem before.

I removed it from Google Home without Factory Reseting it and added it back and that seemed to have solved the issue and I was able to add it to Home Assistant. So maybe there is some data that is cleared when removing your account from the Thermostat that persists if you just Factory Reset it.
