If I try to edit a helper by going to settings → devices and services → helpers
and then click a helper, then the cog in the top right, I get an overlay that just shows the name of the helper, nothing else (see screendump)
Is this a bug? Is my home assistant installation broken somehow?
Edit: I’ve updated to the latest version and rebooted HA. Didn’t help

I find pressing F5 fixes it most times.

Funny. Restarting HA and updating didn’t fix it, but after having gone through all that, F5 is enough to make it go away. Thanks!

Yep, that’s the same issue, but F5 actually did the trick.

Yeah I’m beginning to think they did not do as asked when asked to clear their cache.

Same problem here with the Schedule helpers.
F5, Ctrl-F5 on specific page DOES do the trick.
I sometimes use an iPad without external keyboard and therefore the F5 workaround isn’t really that viable. Any other options that anyone has tried?

If you are using the HA companion app you can reset the cache in the setting debug menu.
If you are using Safari, just clear your history and reload the page.
I have the same problem on a Mac (OSX 10.15) with Google Chrome browser.
F5 does not work nor did clearing the cache (I also tried various combinations like CMD-F5, Shift F5 etc).
It does work if I use Safari.
It also works OK on iOS 10 with the companion app.
Over a year later and this issue seems to still be occurring. I also cannot fix these issues with reset and cache dump.
BUT, F5 works EVERYTIME. Very weird whatever is going on.
