Can't find conbee-2 device from either deconz or zha

I’m struggling to get either the zha integration or deconz add-on to recognize my conbee2 device. I had everything working a few months ago but had to reinstall my rasberry pi4 after a failed upgrade. The device shows up on the add-on configuration page but I get an error when choosing it and clicking save, see screenshot below.

The docs for the add-on says that the device name should be visible in Supervisor → System → Host system → Hardware but where do I find the supervisor in the web interface?

Also is it possible to get a normal linux shell? That would be helpful. The ha-shell feels very limited and the hardware info scrolls by too fast for me

I’m beginning to suspect there is something wrong with the device. Any ideas?

Reading a different topic I found out about the login command from the ha prompt. The command starts a linux shell and exit returns to the ha prompt. Oddly, the login command is not listed when typing ‘help’. One step closer then…

Dear All, Like many of you, I had some issues upgrading to core-2022.3.3, but almost everything is OK now. I’m on core-2022.3.3, supervisor-2022.03.3 and Home Assistant OS 7.5 My deCONZ doesn’t want to start: Image homeassistant/aarch64-addon-deconz:6.12.0 does not exist for addon_core_deconz I will really appreciate your help on this. I found more addons after enabling advanced features in my user profile, I now have a decent terminal.

I also moved the conbee to a PC and reset the firmware. After that I could find it in the add-on configuration, start the add-on and see the gateway in both the deconz and phoscon apps. But I was unable to add any of my ikea devices.

Suspecting that there might be something wrong with the conbee2 device I got a new raspbee2 device instead. But I can’t connect to it from the deconz app. From the logs it looks like I have the wrong device:
