No I think you don’t get what I am saying, the electricity meter has a static clock that never changes right.
So I must change the times I use peak/off peak electricity because of that based on DST.
HA timezones are fine I am not trying to fix DST, problem is the dumb meter.
Ah right - so the meter stays at UTC all year round.
I guess that makes sense actually, because the Utility companies have to buy and sell electricity on the European market, and since Europe is all manner of different timezones, it makes sense for everyone to just refer to UTC
Exactly. So I wonder if some tricks can be done with utcnow()?
