The SLM211a just drives the white LED channel, the three transistors clumped together at the top drive the RGB channels.

The setup I outline above is all in tasmota through the device interface. No special config is required in HA. The bulbs are auto discovered as a “light” and can be controlled using standard HASS interfaces. The trick is to setoption15, 30 & 19.
