ClickHouse is designed to work with huge amounts of data.
But even on small amounts of data, it continues to outperform classical solutions (MySQL, PG) if it is the storage of historical data.
It’s also nicely easy to query. Would personally like this too.
I’m in. I have disabled retention option in HA and want to have all data for all periods. After year working with HA, database starts to slow down gradually on historical queries.

What was the loading time delta? Is the slow down linear or exponential?
Anything mature enough to share (a patch file maybe)?
