This has probably been discussed many times before but I cannot find a thread to help. I thought this maybe because my Conbee stick was too close to my RasPi but even on a 5 metre usb extension, it still come up with the attached photo. Any help would be great seen as though my whole house runs off this thing and I have a very unhappy Mrs.
It might help to post the full error log (it’s cut off on the right), but it looks like ZHA can’t connect to the USB device. If that just happened, then maybe a restart will work. You can go to Settings->Hardware->All Hardware and see if the ConBee_II device shows up under the ttyACMx list. If it doesn’t, then your hardware isn’t seeing it.
