Control Home Assistant devices with Logitech Harmony Elite buttons

also to chime in here for those wanting to use Emulated Hue with the Logitech Remote

this was my code:

emulated_hue:
  host_ip: 10.10.10.11
  listen_port: 8300
  expose_by_default: false
  exposed_domains:
   - light
   - cover
  entities:
    light.controller_rgb_w_rf_f696a8:
      name: Drinks Cabinet Lights (Hue)
      hidden: false
    light.controller_rgb_ir_96b051:
      name: Lantern Lights (Hue)
      hidden: false
    cover.lantern:
      name: Lantern Window (Hue)
      hidden: false

i added the above code to the bottom of the configuration.yaml (obviously edit the IP for your HA)

i have the app running on iOS, just went to Settings > Devices > Add a Device > Phillips Hue
Then it scanned for it, once it found it, I connected, it briefly said to press the pairing button then skipped through to “done” whithout doing anything

Go to Remote and Hub > Button Customisation > Customise Buttons > Home Control Buttons > and assign in there

I also managed to add a ‘cover’ which is a motor control, i can select the device with the top ‘plug’ and then use the ‘dimmer +/-’ to open and close it

Enjoy

i havent found a way to do so, can only add 4 devices and the +/- rocker is for dimming control
