Create Helper button not working

If I press the “+ Create Helper” button in http://homeassistant.local/config/helpers nothing happens…
This is both on the Android mobile app and Web UI. This has persisted over a yaml reload and a hardware reboot.

Looks like my helper button is working again in the latest release. 2023.7.0
