I don’t understand how you want to do this.
You said:
POWER1 = ON -> cover is going up
POWER2 = ON -> cover is going down
If both, POWER1 and POWER2 are OFF, how do you know if the cover is open or closed or half open?

@123 Tapparella is italian for cover, OP should have said that in the beginning.
