Looks a great component. But in Harderwijk, we have Aconov. Can you make it work with Mijnafvalwijzer?

This sensor will not work with mijnafvalwijzer sadly, but there is a custom component that does work!

Sadly limburg.net doesn’t have an API. So the sensor will not work with this waste collector.

They offer to export the date into your Google Calendar.
Maybe I can get the data out of there ?
But how can I do that ?

It is possible to use the ical/ics file. Therefor you’ll need a ical2json lib in python I think. But I think it would be much easier to make a scrape sensor.

Thanks for the great work!
I am living in Berkelland and I added the component to hass.
So far it is working but Berkelland uses different categories:

2019-03-12%2013_59_05-Afvalkalender%20voor%20Marktstraat%2016%2C%207161DH%20Neede%20_%20Gemeente%20Berkelland

As you can see the Plastic, metaal en drankenkertons are different and the “Oud papier” is Muziekvereniging Cresendo. The last one is the one that is collection the waste.

Is it possible to add those extra categories?

just add Muziekvereniging Cresendo under resources:

I tried the same with “Plastic, metaal en drankenkartons” as resource but that is not working.
Any tips?

EDIT: ahh sorry I see you have 2 sensors with plastic in the name. Will write a fix! should be ready in +/- 15 min.

@Pippyn the resource PBD does not work for me. The status is unknown in hass.

I did the last update of the component and removed the cache in the custom component.
