Can confirm this happening to me also. Interestingly, when I open the HA app on my iPhone the sky box crashes!
Once the box is restarted and the HA app is already running, it seems okay until the next time I open the app.

I’ve got to say it didn’t happen like that for me.
I’ve published 2.3.2 (beta), which I’ve been running for a few days with no crashes. I’m not convinced it will remove the issue entirely, but that will be proved by the community (if they wish to try it).
Just happened again, I will uninstall for now and monitor it to see how it goes and let you know.
Did you try the new version? In theory opening the app, should cause no new actions against the Sky Box, but from what you are saying it does, I just don’t know why. The app is a display and control mechanism, the integration works at the backend.
I use Nabu Casa for cloud integration and that’s the url that’s configured on my app so I’m not sure if that might have anything to do with it? I haven’t tried new version yet, wife is having a good moan about not being able to watch TV so just left if for now 
I have just released version 2.3.2. This version significantly reduces the number of calls to the SkyQ box checking for status and recording details. I hope that this will remove the reported errors/crashes resulting from the SkyQ box update to Q120. I personally have had no crashes since I started testing it at the end of last week. That said, we are not heavy Sky Q users. Please let me know if you have any issues.
i am getting q box crashes too, the picture goes off and the box becomes unresponsive to the remote, but the main q box still shows the correct light show for recording and playback. The card on HA continues to show the details of the program being watched, even after a HA restart. The basic card buttons do not work or the Source option to change the channel, I have yet to figure out how to do the full card remote thing as I am a newbie to HA.
Have you tried upgrading to the latest version (2.3.2), and does it solve your crashes?

Cannot see anymore pictures of the apps (like DAZN, SPOTIFY, YOUTUBE etc…) when skyq is running those… What is changed? Where are saved those pics?
As ever, what version are you using? The images are where you placed them in the www folder on you HA site.
Always the latest release… i did not changed anything in my HA folder since the first release of the component so they must be there… Do you have some of them in your repository?
EDIT: i found them inside www/community/skyq/ Is it the right place?
Just a question: If looking at a recorded program is it possible to see the image of the program or not? Actually i cannot see it…
Yes they are accessible, but not shown in the card.
If you could see it live, you should see it when recorded.
Downgrade to a version where they worked, and check again. The still work for me, and I haven’t changed the code at all. Make sure the appname hasn’t changed, and matches the file name.
Ok, so i have some problems as i can see them when live but not when recorded… I am having BIG problems about the refreshing of the lovelace pages. When a card change his state it doesn’t show new state in UI but only if i do a reload… It happens almost for every media control card like media_control or mini media player… And maybe my problem with skyq depends from this…
Ok, so it sounds like you need to solve your problems first. You can see the url for the image shown in developer states, if there isn’t one shown then it can’t find it. You can then validate if the image url is correct or not by using the provided url (often there is a local and remote url shown).
Yes, the URL is working and i can see the image… Really don’t know why the mini media player card is not refreshing anymore!!!

Running 2.3.2 and mini media card.
Cover art for SkyQ programmes seems to not be working. Netflix logo appears when watching that. But programmes art is not displaying.
How do I troubleshoot if it is an issue with SkyQ or with the mini media card ?
