Tough One more thing: leaving water setpoint sensor.daikin_ekrhh_leaving_water_main_heating_setpoint alwaS shows 25 deg for me. Is this correct? Naively I thought it is the weather dependent setpoint for the leaving water (wetterabhängige Vorlauftemperatur)⌠Thanks!
OK, then it seems to be a problem with the Climate devices
I am glad to help with testing if you can implement it.
To be fair: I have no clue if this should be the case.
It is the same for me, except it is 27. But I could not find a bug yet.
I see But for automation it would be great to be able to set the number.daikin_ekrhh_weather_dependent_mode_main_lwt_heating_setpoint_offset to negative values for scheduled away times. Or do you have a better solution to modulate the leaving temperature based on timed schedules? Thanks!
You provided an update that works like a charm. Thank you so much!!!
Yeah I thought I didnât fix it, thats why I didnât write anything, but it seems I had a cache issue.
This means you can play around with number.daikin_ekrhh_weather_dependent_mode_main_lwt_heating_setpoint_offset
Next up will be Air to Air support.
I just uploaded a âstableâ version 0.1.1. And a pre-release version 0.2.0 which should support air-to-air heatpumps.
You can go to HACS-daikin ekrhh and select the three dots in the right corner to redownload.
Here you can select the 0.2.0 pre release version.
If you have the integration active, please remove it first.
Just tried the 0.2.0 here. Works fine in configuration and with giving me the 4 available values. Setting the limiter also works for me, but it seems it does not show up in the Onecta app correctly (but through the API it seems to work).
I wanted to have more information, but Daikin is only offering âlimitâ and âsmart grid operation modeâ. So its not your fault, its just Dainin not providing more information.
One thing for the long term development: it would be great to have a way to reconfigure the API update interval without deleting the whole device and then recreate it. Currently you cant reconfigure, and there is no input field for the update interval. Not important, but would add a nice touch.
Thx. Issue is created: Issues ¡ gerione/daikin-ha-ekrhh-modbus
Yeah the limited availability is kind of annoying. I donât understand why Daikin is not adding more. But maybe at a later date.
Somehow I cannot set number.daikin_ekrhh_general_power_limit ornumber.daikin_ekrhh_power_limit_during_recommended_on_buffering . It always switches back to 327,66. First I thought maybe it is linked to smart grid, but that doesnât seem to be the case. Any idea?
Scheduling of dwh temperature and leaving water offset works like a charm:)
Any thoughts on how I can read out the setpoint of weather dependent leaving water temp?
Thanks!!
This might actually be related to a setting on your heatpump. If not I will investigate.
I had this also once after an update of the EKRHH that the modbus controll was having a different setting.
Go to: UserProfile â Log in as installer (5678 is default) â Installer settings ->Daikin Home Hub â Modbus â Smart Grid support:
This should be set to Modbus control. Discrete Contact control would be with external relais with power limits only with 4 levels.
Then go back to your normal user profile (either 0000 or 1234)
German is: Benutzer â Monteureinstellungen â Daikin Home Hub â Modbus â Modbus-Steuerung.
May I ask two Questions?
How is the managing of several Zonen done?
At the moment all zones react together, setting up with the check box for several zones, does not change anything.
At the moment I use version 0.2.0 with one unit outside and two units inside.
Does someone know if it is possible to other than full kw limits for the limiting (1,5kw as example)
Thanks for your support.
If I read it correctly you have an air to air system. The additional zone is only relevant for the air to water system.
What you can do with and air to water heat pump is described in this document. EKRHH | Daikin
Chapter 10.3.
It is pretty basic right now.
