Darksky API going bye bye... good replacements?

I just read this article:

Assuming the part about API access is true, I am expecting my weather component to stop working next year. With that in mind, I’m researching suitable replacements. I used to be a fan of wunderground, but they have changed a lot since IBM acquired them. What other alternatives are there… preferably with an HA component ready to go?
