You said you installed the sdd into new hardware.
It would be very simple to try a different drive, restore it, and see if it corrupts.
While it is not impossible for some integration to corrupt stuff, It’s pretty much the least likely cause.

Actually I tried restoring the backup onto a completely different server with a different disk and the same thing happened.
Tried to repair the database using sqlite3 at the CLI but no luck.
I have decided to cut my losses and tidied up all my integrations and created a new database.
I will change my backup strategy so I have more options in the future. This is the first time this has happened in 2.5 years so unlucky i guess
