OK. I was able to get back to this for a minute, that was literally all it took to set up. Added the binary sensor and like magic it was all there as works as described. Once I was able to wrap my head around what was happening and what was needed it was simple. I really do like this HA project. I am amazed by its power. It will do everything I want/need it to do so far.
