Dev-service broken?

Are all the links at the right side suppose to be gone now after update to 31.1?
Only a couple errors in the log, but i dont think they are the reason?

Same for me too. It was mention at other forum topic already.

The services are still there - they just look different. They’re in the drop-downs (domain/service) now.

The services are in the drop down. Updated to .31 and can't get to frontend

I was getting those errors too. @fanaticdavid has a post on how to fix them. Z-Wave device battery level Worked for me!
