If it is recommended to keep “as low as possible” then there is no need for it, as it will update to a home state ASAP.
Is there a use case where this would be preferred to be delayed?
I just found how to change the consider_home value from the front end. I you look in the the doc of the ubiquity network integration there’s a line that says “Some advanced options are available when “Advanced Mode” is enabled on your user profile page.”. So if you toggle the advanced mode in your user profile and reconfigure the ubiquity network, the consider_home value will be editable from the front end.
