Have you read through the thread and use the tools provided in the thread to figure out where it’s coming from?
If the logbook shows no context, it’s coming from outside HA. Either a physical press in real life or a state update from a separate application.
I had a similar problem with exterior lights, that I use for security, “randomly” turning off in the middle of the night.
I found a Logbook entry stating:
Amazon Alexa sent command Alexa.PowerController/TurnOff for Outside Lights Light: Turn off
I went into my Alexa app and found
Alexa had a hunch that you were asleep and the light is usually off at this time.
Well, I don’t know where it got that idea, because those exterior lights were never off until Alexa got a hunch.
Anyway, to fix the issue I disabled the hunches by going to the More menu (icon looks kinda like a hamburger menu icon) > Settings > Hunches (near the bottom) > Settings (gear icon in the top right) > Automatic Actions > Lights > Turn off the lights if you’re asleep.
This may not be what caused the problem for the folks above since no one mentioned seeing Alexa in the logbook, but I hope this can help others that stumble across this topic in the future.
Yep, that’s why I asked this back in '23
