Disabling physical switch whilst keeping home assistant control

Hi am interested in the following
Stopping a physical switch toggling lights on / off but still allowing z2m to toggle them on via Lovelace/schedule. If it helps the physical switch just reports switch on whereas through home assistant it reports triggered by service light.turn_on.

I’m assuming the switch itself is not a smart switch, you have smart light bulbs? If so, something like this would work:

There might be similar better options idk, I bought some of those forever ago when I had to use smart bulbs. Now I just use smart switches so I can conte the lights from HA but others can still use the switches like normal

I have zigbee dimmer switches and I’m sure there is a way to automate the physical switch will make it toggle back immediately but the home assistant switch won’t?
