Disk usage high and discrepancy with DU and DF

My 32gb disk is frequently running out of space needing me to delete backups (this has been going on for several months - i.e. not due to the new backup in 2025.1)

(Core 2025.1.0, Supervisor 2024.12.3, OS 14.1, Frontend 20250103.0, running as a Proxmox VM with 4gb RAM and 32gb disk)

df gives me 20.9G used (ran from the hassio-supervisor CLI)

du gives me 12.4G used: (ran from the hassio-supervisor CLI)

NCDU (ran from the SSH-terminal addon) tells does not give me particularly high usage in any directory and roughly marries with du command above

Where is my disk going to?
I think my database is ~2gb and logs are around 1gb
