hmm, so you need a surveillance center, thats indeed useless, would be better to make use of webhooks
i think they are dropping those features, seems i newer firmware, its also not possible to call the center anymore together with a normal call

Set the “Output Volume” under the Audio Settings to zero and no more “door is open” will appear 
(I also disabled it, because my wife said it was weird).

Ah, and there is no impact on audio itself if setting to zero? Do you still hear keypad and ring sounds?
Yeah, that’s the drawback … no sound on keypad clicking and if wrong number was entered … but ok for me!

I checked again: hearing some click sound when pressing the keys on the num pad, but no “ringing” sound when pressing the callbutton.

Great - no Telephone Ring Mode or bussy tone after call end and no voice calling failed - so i can use the other Buttons for Light or Something…

What do you mean with, I can use the buttons for light etc?
You can write in the field “light garage” or “light door” and when you/family or an anybody press the Ring Button - only the light switch on - without the voice “Calling failed”
Push the Ring Button > ISAPI - then give a Signal to shelly to switch the light for 3 Minutes on.
Or send Messages with Snapshot to Telegram…with iobroker you have lot of choice
Ah ok, you are using callstatus ISAPI? With 8003? How did you manage? Cause ISAPI is not supported yet on 8003?
Also, you can use also keypad instead of that interface, so you can use like #2 or #3 for call numbers

I’m living in a building with more apartments. We are thinking in implement Hikvision solution but I want to controle it from Homa assistant (as a user in your draw). Would you suggest any device ? the vendor is suggesting DS-KH6320. What do you think ? thank you in advance for you feedback
Anything you can do with the commands posted here requires your home assistant to reach the outdoor station. If they are in two isolated networks you can’t do anything. As far as I know ISAPI/RTSP are not available from the indoor stations.
guys, since a week HikConnect on android updated to .15 version, i dont receive any push messages anymore when someone pressed the doorbell button
