Ecowitt shows no entities

Are you using the Ecowitt integration that is included in HA or the one in HACS?
The HACS one has not been updated for some time and its probably better to be using the one integrated with HA.
Also, have you setup the weather station using the WSViewPlus app to use the correct webhook path and port? The setup for the HACS Ecowitt Integration is different to the HA one so it would be helpful if you can include what you have done for your setup.

It would be better to use the Ecowitt integration that is included in HA now rather than the HACS version as the HACS version hasn’t been updated for a while. Follow the steps on the integration page and path setting in your app should be something like the following and should match what was shown when you added the official Ecowitt integration.
