Emergency help needed – Configurator UI stopped loading

Hello!

I would like to kindly ask for your assistance with the problem that I experienced today.
Configurator add-on have just stopped working for me. I don’t even know what was the reason and don’t have any clue where to look for possible solutions either.
Can you please help me with debugging it?

I tried:
-> rebooting host
-> restarting HA
-> uninstalling & installing add-on again

No errors in logs, just a couple of errors in chrome dev tools. Although I don’t understand them at all… (below)

My setup: RPi 4 + SSD + Raspbian + docker + hassio.

Link to Configurator add-on log: https://pastebin.com/4C7JXgkx
Link to Chrome dev tools console log: https://pastebin.com/L6g1ZGs2

Perhaps it’s related to an automatic upgrade? Not sure if at all possible with hassio, but you could try to manually install an older version fo the addon?

I’m not so familiar with debian and don’t know how to run downgrade in docker :confused:

Anyways it seems that it should not be an issue because it was working today or at least yesterday.

Something strange happened. Configurator UI works in my mobile app but not in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) on my mac. Why? :roll_eyes:

Using OnyX to completely clear browsing data and cache solved my problem. It turned out that doing the same thing in all browsers was not sufficient and effective.
