Energy configuration with a single CT clamp for import/export

I have just gotten solar installed and now want to get it configured correctly in the home assistant energy dashboard.

I have a CT clamp on my solar production and on my mains. My mains will return a negative number when exporting. I already had grid consumption configured and I can see there is an option to add “return to grid” but I’m not sure if I need/should set that as a negative grid consumption value should infer to HA that I’m exporting?

Just want to avoid it double counting my export/consumption so keen to understand the appropriate configuration.

I essentially did the same thing by creating calculated outputs on my iotawatt but the principal was the same.
